Refund & Return Policy – StayFACED

We want you to have the best experience with StayFACED.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we currently do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
